the 20/20 Visionaries Oracle Deck Project ...
For many years I've wanted to create my own oracle deck ~ something like a tarot deck, but more freeform and personal, so I've decided to kick off 2020 by hosting a creative collaborative project - an open oracle card deck to be used for self-exploration, goal setting, and personal inspiration.
This project is open to artists and friends who want to contribute their own cards, and all the cards are posted with the specific intention they may be printed out and used in card decks by anyone contributing to the project.
Visually, each card is to be created using a single word combined with an image along with a brief description of the card's possible interpretation in the reader's life. The image can be created in any way the artist chooses ~ painting, collage (physical or digital) or photography.

What finally tipped me over into creating this project was Cathy Nichols' very lovely oracle card sets Synchronicity and Story Cards. Well worth a look ...
Initially, I thought I'd be creating my cards with paintings as Cathy Nichols does, but I seem to have fallen back onto the familiar territory of collage (both physical and digital) as well as photography.
I am smitten!! I want to be a part of this. I've been working on my own deck, but have set it aside for a bit. This is just the push I needed!
